Hi, I'm Norman Roberts and I hope you are well.
Outside MyOps, I love Rugby, Champagne and the occasional punt on the races, watching UFC or boxing when it is a big match up and working out.
My interests include researching eastern philosophies and extremely ancient cultures as well as investigating alternative archaeological theories.

I don’t mention all of the below to brag about what I've accomplished more to demonstrate to you the pool of knowledge you will be able to tap into when we work together.
I’ve worked in retail banking and in mortgage broking at senior management levels for almost two decades having a sabbatical as a Success Coach for some time in Hollywood, Los Angeles coaching local, state and national sales teams and senior management to success.
I redesigned the end to end broker accreditation requirements post GFC when I was employed as Third Party Broker State Accreditation Manager for Queensland and Northern Territory and eventually nationally for a major bank.
I have held senior commercial lending positions myself and been Regional Manager of both commercial and residential lending operations for major banks.
I was recently the Chief Operations Officer for a broking firm of over 40 staff where I oversaw several departments including client services, marketing, real estate, sales, compliance,accounting, conveyancing and lending departments.
At the end of the day, my aim is to get to know you and your business as best I can and then assist you to embellish it, polish it, improve it, add to it and even take away from it. It's up to you how you treat the recommendations I make. But I support you through the whole change process.
I’m extremely passionate about what I do. Maybe I’m even a little obsessive about it. My goal is to create the ultimate automated business model for each business I work with, tailored to the business owners goals and then nurturing it through to completion.
